How To Repair Ethernet Port On Laptop

When I effort connect to the cyberspace using an ethernet cable, it shows up as connected. Just only for less than xx minutes before irresolute to limited connection. I've tried multiple ethernet cables and wall ports with the aforementioned results. I've also tried clearing the start upwards programs, but the results are withal the aforementioned.

I think it most probable is a hardware issue.
If my laptop was from whatsoever other visitor, I would send it in for repairs, but my laptop is an Acer. And equally we all know, Acer's customer support is notoriously well known for beingness.. less than satisfactory.

Then I was thinking of replacing the port myself. But I have no idea what component it uses.

The laptop in question is an Acer Aspire V3 772G-5413 (brand new likewise ;( ).

So what I'd appreciate communication on is whether I should send information technology to Acer, or prepare information technology myself.
And if I should set up information technology myself, could you please assistance me find the part that I would have to order?

Bank check your router with different pc and cablevision.. If at that place's no problem, consider purchase a usb ethernet.. I but firstable, reinstall driver!
